Visual Showcase

This annual event sets the stage for artists to share their work and tell their stories while their art and photos of their process is projected behind them.  The featured visual artists–from all backgrounds and mediums–share current projects, passions, and creative vision and give attendees opportunities for inspiration, encouragement, and discussion in a unique 5 minute Ted Talk-style presentation format.

Art House Sessions

Each year we host Art House Sessions, giving patrons and friends of the arts the opportunity to find their new favorite musician, right in their own backyard! This event features three local musicians in an unconventional venue space, and is the kickoff event for our North Texas Giving Day campaign.

For the Love of Words

For the Love of Words is an evening intended specifically for writers to gather together for the sake of community, discussion and, of course, words. At this gathering, we feature local authors as well as a time to meet other writers. We hope you will come make friends, discuss current writing projects, your favorite books, and discover collaborative opportunities!

Gallery Exhibit

Our gallery exhibit, hosted each year in the fall, provides an opportunity for 30+ local artists to share their incredible work with the community. The show is usually up for a month, and is comprised of 10-12 featured artists and a Small Works Show that features 10-15 additional artists.

Anniversary Showcase & Celebration

We all, as creators—patrons and artists—have something to contribute. Every year, we work toward building a community that recognizes the power of beauty and the capacity for transformation that beauty brings.

The evening features our annual gallery exhibit with over 30 local artists, plus artist talks and interviews, a literary performance, and a concert featuring local musicians who are involved with Art House Dallas. This event also serves as the kick-off to our end-of-year fundraising campaign.
